Jennifer has been making waves in the residential property appraisal scene since 2016, earning her Certified Residential Appraiser license in Washington State in December 2018! After returning to beautiful Missoula in 2020, she’s been passionately appraising homes across Western Montana. As a true valuation expert, she collaborates with homeowners, banks, lenders, and real estate brokers to deliver top-notch service.

In March 2024, she joined the dynamic Moore Appraisal Firm, teaming up with colleagues who boast a whopping 92 years of combined experience in appraising both residential and complex properties, as well as large land parcels! Before diving into appraisals, Jennifer thrived as a real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate for 8 amazing years in Seattle, WA. Her love for real estate, houses, and homeownership shines through in everything she does! With a Bachelor of Science in Resource Management from the University of Montana, she not only brings expertise but also a profound enthusiasm for exploring the captivating landscapes of western Montana. When she's not busy inspecting houses or working in the office, you can catch Jennifer hiking the stunning north hills of Missoula, taking invigorating Pure Barre classes, or embarking on adventures with her teenage boys, dog Allie, and tackling exciting home improvement projects!
